Go Live Checklist

Phase 1: Client Onboarding (ETA: 1 Day)

Introductory Call (Avg. Time 30 mins)

  • Clients will share the details, structure, and flow of the product they wish to build

RootFi Demo (Avg. Time 30 mins)

  • Clients will review and sign our NDA

  • We will present the client with a detailed demo of our platform

User Account and Docs

  • We will set up the client dashboard and give share the login credentials

  • Client can log in to the dashboard and view all our API Docs.

  • Client will enter their payment information in the 'billing' section of the dashboard.

Phase 2: Sandbox Testing (ETA: 1 Day)

Kick-Off Call (Avg. Time 1 Hour)

During the call, we will go over:

  • Detailed Implementation guide and API guide/selection

  • Best practices (weekly calls, communication channels etc.)

Integration ( Avg. Time 3-4 hours)

  • We will issue the sandbox keys, giving the client full access to the required API's

  • We will work with the client on the setup and integration of all the API's

  • We will need one developer from your team to assist

Phase 3: Beta Testing (ETA: 1 hour)

Receive Production Keys

  • RootFi will issue the production keys for the client so they can start testing with real users

Receive Beta Testing Credits

  • RootFi will provide the client with up to 1000 accounts free of charge

Phase 4: Go Live!

Going Live Kick off Call

  • RootFi will close out any remaining items from your implementation and walk you through what to expect now that you are live!

Monthly Review

  • Someone from our team will set up a call once a month to make sure everything is working smoothly
